We now offer travel insurance in the event of that unexpected illness or situation, which prevents you from coming to see us, our optional cancellation Insurance (supplied by Compass insurance) will cover you for the most common reasons for having to cancel your holiday.

After looking through the feedback forms from 2021 , many of our guests suggested some form of security entry barrier, so we have now installed one. We also put a gravel path to the waste bin area, instead of grass.

The plans have been drawn up, and the new air heat exchange system for the shower and toilet block, has now been ordered. The system will allow the stale heat in the rooms (And humid heat from the showers) to be extracted, and the heat will then be recovered for heating the cold fresh air drawn from out site the building, and pumped back into the rooms.

We can now offer gift vouchers, you can choose the amount you wish to spend. We can email this to you, when your friends wish to spend their gift, they simply need to let us know the booking reference number, included on the voucher. (E-mailed vouchers are free of charge)
We also have Llwynifan Farm cards, blank inside, we would include the booking reference gift card with it. For the card and the postage we would charge an additional £1.50

We have been told today, that the fully serviced pitches can remain open for Christmas every year!
The fully serviced pitches will now close on the 5th of January and re open on the 1st of March.
Our standard and seasonal pitches remain open all year.
Bookings for Christmas are now being taken via our on line system.
16/10/2020 – Our area remains under a local lockdown, and touring for holiday purposes in a caravan or motorhome for anyone out side the lockdown area is not permitted. We are truly sorry for any of our guests who’s holidays with us we have to postpone, We are truly thankful for everyone who has agreed to transfer their deposits to another booking.
Following the Welsh Assembly Government announcement on the 25.09.2020, our area is under a local lockdown. This means that our park is currently closed to everyone out side our local lock down area until a review on the 10th of October 2020. For all the guests we have had to yet again cancel your Holidays, we are sorry, and we would like to thank all the guests that have transferred their deposits to another date.
Thank you everyone for your reviews, they really do mean so much to us, and we are glad you enjoy your holidays with us.
We are pleased to confirm that our park has successfully applied, and been granted the “We’re Good To Go Industry Standard”

Providing the Welsh Gov Criteria will continue to be met with COVID 19, we will be permitted to Re-open from the 11th of July 2020 for entirely self contained Units Only. (See our Youtube video below)

Behind the scenes we are also working hard getting ready to re-open…. but not yet! Waiting patiently for the work from the Welsh Assembly!
We are looking at ways we can do things with social distancing in mind, so our Welcome pack is now “Virtual” you will receive a password the day before you arrive to have access.
Our feedback form is now done on line also. You will receive this a couple of days after you have left. (Link also below)
We are waiting for guidelines from the Welsh Assembly as to what we can and cant do, along with an opening date. As soon as we find out, we shall let you know. Stay safe one and all.

Our new Welcome folders have arrived, we are really pleased with how they look. They have information such as Local shops, Morothome parking places, the local river walk and much more. Also included is a discount voucher for the National Botanic Garden of Wales, the 2019 Tranquil park booklet and to wash it all down you can use the complimentary Welsh brew tea or Coffee sachets.

Our new shower block is open, complete with under floor heating. We have keep them spacious and well light. We hope you like what we have done.

We have been planning a shower block “Re vamp” for a while. We had plan A, B, C and D! We have now decided to stick with plan F! which involves keeping the current two showers, but spruce them up. This work will be done between November the 19th and 20th of December.

Between 6pm and 9.30am the system will give you options e.g. select 1 for bookings, and you will be able to leave a message, we will call you back as soon as possible
