Welsh Government has confirmed that Wales will now be on level 2, so that all holiday accommodation can fully reopen. In order to keep our guests, family and local community safe we do ask that you follow current regulations regarding face coverings and social distancing.
Cancellation policy during COVID19 – If our park is forced to closed due to local restrictions, we are more than happy to transfer any payments made to a later date in 2021 or 2022.
If you become ill due to Covid19 before you arrive, or if your area goes into a local lockdown, please claim any payments made from your travel insurance.
Covid – 19 Safety Measures at Llwynifan Farm, South Wales Touring park.
We are doing everything we can to be COVID19-secure and are following guidance from the BH&HPA, and the Welsh Assembly We are incorporating these into our planning as necessary.
We want you all to enjoy your stay at Llwynifan Farm, so please, please, please, follow all on-site guidance closely, and be respectful, considerate, and courteous to each other at all times, PLEASE take note of the advice and guidance in the Virtual Welcome pack, you will receive an email, with the link and password to this seven days before arrival. There is a lot of information, but please spend 5 – 10min going through these instructions (If you have not received the password, please let us know)
If you know you have been exposed to the virus, and/or, if you or any member of your party are exhibiting any symptoms of the virus, please do not travel to us. Please respect that we have a duty of care to all our guests, local community and cannot risk getting sick ourselves.
You cannot self-isolate at Llwynifan farm.
We request as soon as you arrive that you use the NHS COVID19 app QR code to sign in. Our unique code can be found on the Information point window. We already keep all your booking details on our system, but using this app is a quicker way of having track and trace.
If for some reason we as a park are locked down, we will defer all of your affected holidays and any money paid (including deposits), to another date in 2021 or 2022.

Covid-19 Safety Measures at
Llwynifan Farm: (Risk assessment)
- The following risk assessment is a “Live document” and is updated on a regular basis.
- You will receive a link to the detailed risk assessment in your Virtual Welcome pack, seven days before arrival. Below is the shorter “User friendly” version.
- Across the park, cleaning routines have been stepped up and comply fully with government guidance for cleaning in non-healthcare environments. This will include regular cleaning of all hard-surfaces and touch points such as door handles, taps etc.
- Additional hand sanitizing stations located throughout the park.
Our new arrival procedures
The password to our Virtual Welcome pack which has information on, arriving at the park, shopping, dog walk, attractions, and other useful information, will be sent to you via email seven days before arrival. Please keep an eye out for this, and spend 5 – 10min reading through the main page.
Please pay before arrival, on the same email there is a link to arrange full payment. (Please pay seven days before arrival)
You will be asked to confirm that you don’t have any of the known symptoms of Covid19 ,one day before your arrival. There will be a link on the pre arrival email, please complete this, as we need to keep this information for 21 days.
Please, please do not come if there is any chance you may have the virus.
Our reception area is closed, so check in will be done out side at a 2mtr distance.
Arrive at park as usual, stop by the information point if you do not know where your pitch is, stay in your vehicle, Hywel or Cathrin will see you and come and show you to your pitch, in a socially distanced manner.
The NHS App track and trace QR code can be found on the information point window, please use this app to check onto the park.

The reception will remain closed to guests, at least initially, and we will bring any items required out to you or leave them in the Information point in clearly marked paper bags.
Only guests that have booked in advance will be allowed on-site. For track and trace purposes any visitors MUST be registered with us. Please inform us of your visitors Names, Telephone number, arrival and departure times, we will log this against your booking, they are also required to use the NHS track and trace qr code system that can be found on the information point window.
Our information point is open, we have placed hand sanitizer in this building please use it.
Book swap, shared parasols, have been taken away for the time being.
The fridge is for any items bought that needs to be kept cold. We sanitize this between uses, please use the hand sanitizer before you open the fridge door and again after you close it.
Please throw away any brochures you pick up, do not replace them.
Wear disposable gloves and a face mask if entering the information point.
We use a disinfecting “Fogging machine” in the information point on a regular basis.
Our toilets and shower facilities are currently open, but we have restricted the number of people permitted in them at any one time. There is an increased cleaning schedule, opening / closing times and how we have arranged entry to the facility are all noted in the Virtual Welcome pack. We do ask however where possible please use your own on board facilities.
Waste & Chemical Disposal:
Sanitizing hand gel is provided at the chemical emptying point and bin area – please use them.
There is also a bottle of disinfectant available after you have used the chemical emptying point, please spray it all.
Please tie your waste bin bags shut, and place them in the bins provided. DO NOT put glass of any kind in the green bins, there is a separate bin for glass. Otherwise we have to take out any glass in the green bins by hand before collection.
Please wear disposable gloves and a face mask when using these facilities. Also remember to wash your hands as soon as possible after using these facilities, guidance on effective hand-washing is provided.
We deep clean these areas daily, and we use a fogging machine to disinfect them on a regular basis.
We request you leave before 12pm, this will give us time to clean the bollard on your pitch. We use Milton Professional Disinfecting Liquid to spray each bollard before the next guests arrives.
Day visitors must use the NHS app to sing in, OR provide us with contact details for track and trace purposes.
There are hygiene and social distancing signs around the park, please take note of these.
You must leave a minimum of 6m between you and your neighbours when pitching your van. Please take note of the pith layout below.
Day visitors are currently not permitted.

Pitches 6, 7, 8, 9 Pitches 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15
- Staying to this layout will mean ample spacing between you and your neighbour.
What you our guests can do
- Enjoy their caravan/ motorhome and the area of their pitch and public footpaths/ cycle routes through and around the park.
Walk freely on the park, at all times observing social distance from other park users and Llwynifan Farm Family members.
Bring soap, hand gel, gloves, toilet roll, disinfectant, hand sanitiser – just to be on the safe side.
Our local supplier fishmonger, milkman, fruit and veg delivery and BBQ/ breakfast packs all come to the park. (information is in our Virtual Welcome pack)
Please, at all times, show consideration and respect for our local community and observe social distancing.
Departure is by 12pm. This gives us time to prepare the pitch for our next guests. You will receive an email 2 days after leaving, please keep an eye out for this, and if you can spend 10min completing the questionnaire we would be most grateful.
